Ok so we are Heading back to Cancun Oct 23-30 we booked US Air but have been reading horror reviews we usually don't pay attention to negative things but they have so many nagative if you have flown recently can you provide us with some feed back please

Guys I not know what you have read but I have only had good experiences with us air in fact I have flown quite a bit in the last year and all with us air and it as been great. This s our second trip to TTR in the last year we flown with them twice and it has been great.
I flew US Airways last year to Cancun and didn't have any problems! With that being said I don't know what the negative reviews were about but the check in things in cancun were crazy but it was like that with every airline and their were people to help when needed! I hope this helps! We are flying US Airways again here in a couple days! I can let you know how it goes when we get back if you want.
We had 3 connecting flights with them yesterday and we caught them all! Even when we flew to Cancun all was well
Just make sure you bring fews things on the plane And no worrie about plane, they know what they do! I got a horror story with united airline last year!! They lost my suitcase I was in minneapolis and my luggage stay at ottawa, and they didn't know where they was! Took 48 hours to get it and it was rainning outside and all my clothes was dirty and wet and I got a cold! When I saw my suitcase at the hotel I was the most happiest person in the world ! My sister bf they lost is suitcase for 3 months LOL! If something happen and you need to buy something, keep your receipts they will refund you for anythig you bought if they lost or forgot your suitcase! They're no compagny that are perfect, some got nice time and some others got bad times depends of what you are like Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I almost always fly usair and with few exceptions they have been great. You can find horrib reviews about everything. Remember most people who write reviews are either very pleased or very upset but they reflect just a all percentage of people. Most fall somewhere in between.
