February 2014 Roll Call - Week 8 Crew

Can't help but be excited already. Just knowing the trip is booked gives us something to look forward to for the next 8 months. Kinda like how we never check to see if we have the winning lottery ticket, it's just nice to dream for a little bit.

Nice to not have to be nervous about anything going in for round 2 knowing that as crazy as all you Mo-Fo's can be.....your words can be trusted and the resort is everything everyone says it is and more. Gonna hit the ground running and gotta kick it up a few notches. Most important lesson learned is that more Hard Shots are needed throughout the day and before the party at night.

Confession......paced too much last year and never got a good buzz

 

Ya it doesn't seem that long ago, I have been thinking of trying to get back to there before Feb. but will be planning to be back next week 8 for sure with a few more days as much as my liver will hate me for it!

And I expect you to step it up a few more notches then you think my friend, this confession about not getting a level buzz all week is not acceptable lol For me that line of happy buzz got narrower and narrower to a fine line by the end of the week... the strip tequila Jenga on my last day almost did me in for my final night! lol

 

i think the key this time around will be more damn shots.....anything but tequilla. god i cant stand the stuff. Plus, i feel like the beer i was drinking most of the time was almost sobering me up. Gotta find a better staple......there is seriously a science to this ish.

 

welcome in week 8???

So after being introduced to Lenni and Jodie in the end of March and multiple talks about week 8 it has really got me thinking. Do we weigh the risks of the "cooler" weather at night and do week eight with you all? I have the tendency to get a bit "obnoxious"(cue Jim the chicken). I have a feeling that your crowd of rowdy rokus peeps may be closer up our alley.

I would have to convince the boss lady first though seeing as though the kids don't have time off of school in Feb. So we'd have to find a sitter willing to stay and get the kids off.

It's official! Booked Feb 13-20 2014!! 219 days left!!

 

Guess that leaves 220 days left for us!!! Thanks for the mathematical support, we owe you a shot!!! Can't wait to meet you both, if you're booking this far out like us, you must be ready to have fun.

 

It's our 20th Anniversary trip! I have wanted to book it for a while I finally got the ok from work for vacation time!

 

It's mid July and the half way point-- time to get looking and booking--looking at the 13 to the 24 of feb ----- Looks like scott and shauna are jumping in this year with us--two fire fighter that I work with that came the first year we did. We were all the newbees then --seem so long ago. Now were just drunk- worped-naked people. See ya feb 2014
