    I Got Rain Rain rain.. Went 3 time for about a minute outside and Get a Free Cold Shower.. Not cool.


    Wow. It was over 100 degrees today in Southern California!!! Way too hot for any type of outdoor activities. Sorry to hear about the rain :icon_sad:

    45 minutes swimming this morning, plus 90 minutes at the gym on Saturday. On track this week for some kind of loss :)

    Ok. Made it to my Saturday morning class. :aktion033: Was 10 minutes early, but not one bike was available. :icon_mad: The Sat morning instructer is REALLY tough and everyone loves him. As I was leaving, I saw the instructor and teased him about being sooo popular. LOL! He said, "come with me". Uh oh....what did I do? :aktion034: He explained that he recently hurt his knee and couldn't ride, so he put me on HIS bike...in front of the whole class! :icon_eek: LOL. No slacking off for me! Did my best not to look like I was about to die!! LOL. Ok...gotta go do my sit-ups in the bosses office (will keep my pants on today). Back to the gym tonight. Only 18 more days til TTR!! :headbanger:

    I'm sweating like crazy.

    I did 2.01 km or 1.26 mile in 18:09 min. Really happy. I burn 224 Kcal :D

    Last time I did 2.08 in 22:49 So It's a 4 min and 40 second faster (.07 km don't change anything. ) maybe a 10 second not more ! :p

    Did my sit-ups and my spin class yesterday. Rest tonight, then back to it again tomorrow. :wink3:

    Keep Spinning .. We will all lose those Extra lovely pounds ..

    I check my hips this morning and I almost lose all the fat around there I can feel my bone again :D :D Now my belly..

    For sure I do more cardio to lose pound .. no training because ì`m already build up .. :D We keep it going ..

    I went running even if it was raining outside :D Pretty proud of me .. Will try to go each day :D :aktion033:

    after being kind of a slacker last week (boo) I have worked out twice so far this week. My legs are so sore from lunges!

    We leave in 23 days so I know no big changes are possible but I am going to make sure I tone up as much as humanly possible

    196.2 this morning :D didn't have dinner yesterday, but I took a protein shake, and went to bed like an hour after :).
    I hope to see the 195 by the week end!

    =) I Made my signature to highfive myself on the result :D

    We know it's pretty hard, but what I can say from when I start... Wasn't easy to go for a walk or running. Now it seemed more easy.. But My the end of summer, I would like to be around 180. ( 15 pounds in 3 months ).

    For winter, I think I'll subscribe myself at gym, only for elliptical and do my abs..

    To wake up Myself each morning, and 3x a day, 200mg of caffeine, and green tea 1 capsule of green tea extract ( good for weight ). Also 2x daily I take 1 ASA Low dose coated (take more time to be absorbed by you're system. All that with Water.. I buy the aromatic water, because I don't like to drink and tasting nothing.

    I know for fact, if you take caffeine, even if you pass all the day sitting on your ass, you will lose pound, because you're metabolism will be boost.

    So Here what I try yet and didn't remark any change.

    ( I have a huge appetite, almost same thing as my boyfriend. )

    So I try the Garcina Cambogia Extract. Suppose to help you to eat less.
    Work, but you need to take it 30 min before eating with 8oz of water. I drink more water because 8 oz isn't enough for me. And I never know when I will eat so..
    I try also Cider Vinaiger, But I stop it. It was not really necessary for me.

    Now I took the caffeine 20 min with 1 Ephedrine, ( I know isn't really healty, but works for me. I know I will go running in like 10 min..

    1st day today, and I can say that my energy on morning increase by 50 %.

    Just came back from running..

    It's way to hot .. 77... With humidity, is 89.6

    So I sweating like crazy...

    157 Kcal Burn.
    1.48 Km in 16:39 min.

    Will see tonight if it's less warm ..

    And The air quality is so bad right now .. with the smog and everything :(

    I've lost 4lbs this week (really it only counts as 1lb though because I put 3lbs back on last week). I've worked hard on the diet and been in the gym every day this week. Even when I've had to work late (busy at the moment) I've still got my ass out of bed early and got down to the gym.
