Not a great start this week. Haven't exercised since Friday, and broken the diet too over the weekend which was triggered by attending a party on Saturday. Back on track today with the diet, and determined to get back on track with the exercise tomorrow too.
same here... I'm travelling for work, and fighting off a chest cold. Just tried some cardio at the hotel gym, and made it 6 minutes before I had to stop...
I didn't make it to the gym last night either. Feeling under the weather...head cold. Hopefully I will be back on track tomorrow. I guess I will wait to see how I feel. 24 more days
Aww For me i'm pissed. I ate clean .. got only a little piece of Lemon pie.. Walk like crazy drink ALOT of water, take a energy suply and weight manager.. Didn't loose a pound.. I'm so piss. Just this weekend I walk almost 20 km !!
Disappointed in myself today. Damm what else is new, but not sure why I am so tired. I am still fighting this cold so I am hoping that is all it is making me so lacking in energy.
I am absolutely awful on the weekends. It's really hindered my progress. I mean, I have come really far, but I could be further along. Best I can do is chin up and keep moving forward and be happy with my progress (right?)
Yep i'm so frustrated! My bf told me he see a difference now! He said you lost one pounds of fat but maybe you lost 3 and gain muscle!! Can i throw my balacing board by the window? I'll use my wii fit tomorrow to see Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
