Had to force myself to the gym today. Trish is working from home today, so had no one to motivate me! But I made it, which makes it evry day this week...think that's a first for me! My legs are getting a bit sore though, think I'm overusing the cross trainer. I'll take it easy over the weekend.:beer4:
Not sure how I did it, but got all my errands done AND the gym on Wed night! So glad, since I won't be able to work out this weekend. Off to Lake Havasu! I will check back in on Monday. :aktion030:
I did it- 30 lbs are gone! We leave for TTR in 33 days, hoping to knock off another 5 before then! BEAST MODE!
last week.. I worked out, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat,, took Sunday off and will be back at the gym tonight.. I'm exhausted.. lol
Okay I had a super bad week last week. I only worked out once. It's not like me at all. WTF, I need to smarten up. So today I worked out and tommorow I will again. I have to get back to what I know. Still fighting a bad chest cold that just won't go away.
