Thanks! It was a million times easier than I thought. Sure, it hurt like hell for the few seconds it took to pierce through, but once they were in it was business as usual. They barely bled and they don't hurt at all unless I press on them. I'm so happy I did it. I LOVE the way they look!!! Now I'm just hoping the healing process goes smoothly, but I typically heal up quickly. I figure I'll keep some sort of bra on at all times until they're healed up so I have less chance of snagging them on something.
I have my tongue pierced. Didn't hurt at all. I've had it pierced for about 10 years. I was able to eat and talk normally within a few days. Ears I don't remember. I really really want my belly button done once I lose more weight.... but for now I'm planning on getting my "hood" pierced. One of the lovely ladies on our Boobs Cruise had hers pierced and I kept staring! I googled it and while there is a chance of loss of sensation, I think I will take my chances. Friends that have had it done say they didnt feel it. You just have to be careful that they dont pierce the clitoris itself because that hurts like hell. They both said it healed within a week. Someone else from TTR that I talked to said hers healed in 4 weeks. Everyone is different. I just know you can't have sex while it's healing. I used to have a poll thread on this on how many people had which body part pierced but I can't find it. I'm enjoying this post since I'm going to be getting two piercings by august. Please comment away. Ease my mind! lol.
My hood healed completely within about 10 days.......completely healed! The blood flow in the area.....promotes healing! So enjoy! Ask your piercer to use what's called a receiving tube. It'll be a little uncomfortable during the piercing......but with that there is almost zero chance of knicking Ms Clitty and losing any sensation!
Good to know... I did read about that when I googled. I'll have to write it down so when I go I remember! any other tips?
Glad it went well Ali, get some sea salt and use it daily. It defuntiely helps with the healing proccess.
