When we went in 2010 we spent lots of time at the Quiet Pool. We really enjoyed it! We only spent a few hours a day at the Sexy Pool.
Oh yes. Our first trip I was thinking, sun, sand, drink in hand, lots of relaxation....then we got there. Lol!! We never made it to the beach! Had a blast. Did two day trips off resort to break things up a bit, which was nice. Told hubby that I at least want to visit the beach once this trip. We'll see! 31 more days!! :flash:
You won't be the only ones there. We love the quiet pool and usually stay there till around noon then off to the sexy pool unless we are nursing handovers, sour stomachs, or just hanging with friends there where we have chairs and can get faster bar service. Chairs are scarce to at times, reserved quickly but not as fast as the ones at the sexy pool get taken. Beach was great to relax till they took out a lot of the shade and made so much of it VIP. But we go for the fun and relax at the sexy pool when needed. Also the sports bar is a good place to go in the evenings if you want a break from PattyO's.
Yes, I believe they got them in early 2013. I tried them twice and found that I cannot relax on them! Took every muscle above my ankles to maintain balance in even the slightest of choppy waters! I plan on another attempt tomorrow! LOL
We're looking forward to relaxing too (3 kids at home), but it would be a shame to visit and not at least see what all the hubub is about. ;^)
I think we'll spend some time at both the beach and the quiet pool because I think the odds of going apeshit would go through the roof if we are on sexy pool overload. Then again, intentions and actions don't always coincide.
The quiet pool is clean and relaxing. I also like the beach area. Hammocks by the volleyball area too. And the most relaxing: couples massage. There is life beyond the "sexy" pool, after all.
The quiet pool is so quiet.. I denied my first room out of others' interest. I got up to the room and looked out, saw the quiet pool, and said oh heck no. I love that pool, but there is a sworn oath to keep that area quiet. It's like the knights-guard, but with occasional... quiet sex.
I am with you 100% ...but at the quiet pool it's alway "nude time" between 4-6pm everyday! Seriously! Relaxing.....quiet...and nude! Ya can't beat it!
