I guess we will start off with a stupid question. Are there any places/ times to just relax in the sun and relax. Most of the reviews seem to concentrate on Boobs Cruise, theme nights and other forms of madness and mayhem. All good reasons to go!! At some point though we will want to just have a little time for relaxation.
Rumour has it there's a beach and something called a "quiet pool". I can't confirm either of these rumours personally.
Yes both the beach and quiet pool are great places just to relax. Quiet pool is nice to sit at in the evening after dinner before the mayhem starts in Paty O.
They have a Quiet pool which is really quiet. And the party are in the sexy pool. Sport pool some activities on it, but most time of the time I saw it, was empty, like quiet pool. All the action are at the sexy pool. Here's the map. the quiet pool is the one at your right. Bingo. We have said that we want to spend some time relaxing at both the beach & the pool... We have yet to make it more than 20 minutes before returning to the sexy pool...
The first day we were there in Jan. we followed the sun to the beach for about 45mins, that was the last we saw of it. In April we didn't go near it. In Jan. our room was overlooking the quiet pool but we didn't go near it other than to grab booze from the bar there before dinner. In April I don't think we even saw it. Relaxing is what you do when you get back
Not for us I'm afraid. Home is never relaxing. Sounds like we may be the only people on the beach or at the quiet pool, oh well that just makes it more relaxing. As long as I can wear my MS suits and go topless I'm good!!!!!
The beach is great if you want to chill. Included are Hobie Cats, 2/1 person kayaks, Stand Up Paddle Boards and Wind Surfers. You can also rent jet skis. We are currently here and just came to the room to check on things back home and put things away before heading out on a Hobie Cat. We try and take one out daily. Great relaxer!
We didn't notice stand up paddle boards in January, are they new there? Hope they have them , we really enjoy that.
We thought the same thing before our first trip. But once there we met so many great people and had so much fun we never made it to the beach or quiet pool. I think there is still plenty of places around the sexy pool where you can relax but still enjoy the debachery:daveandmo:
