I think it really says something about the quality of the resort and our affection for it when all we have to bitch about is them reserving 6 or so chairs lol
when I fork out 3 to 4 g's to go south to sunbath by a pool I equal expect access to the vacant pool chairs. Some people don't want a flipping chair, but would rather sit at the pool bar all day. What if 50 % of all the ''good'' seats at the pool bar were reserved for members, bet they would be flipping mad. Just saying different people like different things. Don't make me out as dramatic for wanting my flipping chair.
If your spending that much to go south to sun bath, you must be staying for a couple of weeks, a few more "G'S" you could be a member too. Still silly to worry about chairs, there are chairs all around the pool, that non members put towels on early in the am, and never use them either. I really don't care one way or the other, we go for the fun with ALL the guest, members or not! And also I was not making you out to be anything, it was just a comment in general.
Like his handle says, Devil's advocate, lol. In April he had seats in the same place near the hot tubs the entire week we were there and I never once saw him actually use them I don't think. It would be interesting to poll members to see why they are members though. I sounds like most don't really care about the perks of chairs, drink service or top shelf liquor so is it just being able to choose the room you want and a slightly better room rate?
Thats cause I was sharing them with my Member friends who wanted to sit with the cool people. Yes you are right , I do like to get people going and get debates started, but I do use my seat a lot (you were wrong on that).
