Well, I think they only say that because they just don't want 100 single guy on the resort. When I went to TTR it was like that. Guy try to steal girlfriend from other.. lol Ok i know it's a open resort.. But, I'll not share myself with another guy than my boyfriend. But he don't care with another women .. I booked via redtag ( sunquest vacation ) and never I saw that was a only resort couple. on trip advisor's review the most review that came alot of time was: Alot of couple on this resort. Not really a resort for guys who just want to party and have fun like oasis cancun is. My 2 Cents
Yes this is a concern for everyone no matter if your single/couples.. I have been to Temptations 6 times single by myself and with another couple and with 4 single guys. Never had any issues with anyone because I respect everyone except for last time in march. Last time I had to pull off and push this creepy middle eastern guy who was trying to force hook up with a girl at patio bar and she almost fell off her chair trying to get away. He threatened to kill me after security dragged him away and I laughed. We need to limit groups of aholes..
We've personally never had a problem with single guys, but I have exactly 0 tolerance for guys pushing themselves on defenseless women. It seem like this is becoming more and more of a problem so I would welcome a couples only rule. I would hate to end up in Mexican prison for beating the beep out of some lowlife. I know it's not really fair to lump them all into the same pile, but I don't see any other way. Current single members can be exempt, for the rest of the single guys FIND A GIRL TO GO WITH YOU! Maybe having a female friend with them would keep the creep factor at a manageable level.
You are right, it's not fair. If only you'd stopped there. Forcing guys to find women to come with, are we in nazi Germany? I'm all for cutting back on bachelor parties and groups of frat boys but most single guys I've met are awesome.
I agree, like I said we've never had a problem. But I've seen way to many posts about guys getting out of line. Couples go to Temp to let loose and the last thing they/we want is having to worry about single guys taking pictures or worse. I personally don't think its to much to ask that single males be accompanied by a female, and find it slightly offensive to compare this to Nazi Germany.....
