I'd love to rollerblade - always wanted to when I was a kid, but my parents were petrified we'd fall and alongside 'no chewing gum ever', rollerskates/blades were off limits. Don't know if I'd be able to do it, picking it up as an adult!
I start 5 years ago !! Are you able to skate on ice ? It's almost the same thing, except on asphalt and when you're falling it's more scratch. Don't worry everybody fall. Just have protector and head protector. Also, you need a good paire of rollerblade. ( Not those one sell at walmart they are junkie ). I prefer rollerblade than bike ! It's really easy. You can start at home on bassement I start there on the floor at my mom house 5 years ago lol. ( my mom don't know that, she will kill me hahah ). And don't go on the hill.. I just scraching my knees each time and pissing me off, then toke my rollerblade off and walk to the car. =) I stop for 2 years. So I need practice now =) Go buy brand new this weekend I HOPE !
Been to the swimming pool this morning. 30 lengths in 40 minutes, 10 minutes less than it took me last week. I also stepped on the scale this morning for the first time since March. Not happy with what I see there! Not gained, but not lost anything yet. I'm setting some goals to keep me focused. I'm aiming for 42lb loss by my next TTR trip, which is 25 weeks away. By the midway mark (end of August) I'll aim for 20lb, and if I can't reach that I'll adjust my expectations. Promising myself I'll only step on the scales once a week too - I have been known to get obsessed with those numbers!
You havent gained so thats good you could of lost inches . am bad at getting on the scales more than ones a week also.
this morning was my first workout this week.. I just dont have the energy.. Im not sure whats going on.. sure we have had a lot of rain but.. something else is up.. Im getting my 8 hours of sleep a night.. food has been mostly ok.. but I sit here yawning after my work out and trying to stay awake... ;( usually im pretty energized after.. sure hope this doesnt last long..
Maybe I'll start a diet with low carb and alot of Protein =) I know someone did that and lost over 80 pounds since january !!!
Started back with p90x to chest and back. Did 45 minutes of push ups, flies, decline, incline, on the ball, chest press, rear rows, pull downs, close grip pull ups, revese grip pull ups and 15 minutes on my spin bike. I have been feeling so over weight, it's really time I started feeling better.
