    Great workout this morning. Last week I struggled to keep my heart rate below 160bpm, no matter what level I kept the machines resistance at/speed etc. Today I was able to keep a steady pace between 140 and 150bpm. Even though this is only the start of week 3, that, to me, is a positive change. :)

    30 minutes on the elliptical, leg work, shoulders and arms. Okay abs too. WTF total love on the body today.

    Hello all hopes you doind well :)

    Alot of things happen so I can start!

    We plan to go at TTR 16 th april 2014 :)

    So got 10 months to lose at least 30 pounds starting tomorrow just go for a walk each day from my shop to the principale road it's about 1 hour to go :)!! I will start with that since my feet starting hurting me :)!

    I will be glad to lose 30 pounds for october but it's impossible!
    I've just start a 30 days cleanners drink, drink, drink and drink water!!! So will see with that if it works!! After my 30 days i'll try to go to the gym :) will see

    Did some reps on the weight machine on top of the usual cardio this morning - arms are still burning 3 hours later! In a good way though, not sore/achy way. Diet is going very well, but still early in the week so plenty of time for me to mess that up yet.

    I'm miserable... The AC not working at the gym is killing me. Did 25 minutes this morning on the treadmill and feel like crap.

    Been eating like crap too... Maybe i'll try to go running outside on lunch today...

    It's sweltering around here at the moment, so I understand what you mean! Have you considered swimming? I look forward to my swim sessions in this heat.

    No AC or heat at our gym. Luckily our climate isn't too extreme, but that humidity can sure melt it out of you.
    The heat does have it's benefits when you look around and almost everyone is nearly naked and completely soaked. One more reason to crossfit.

    Try to do rollerblade :) i'm going to buy a brand new set! My bf is really good got an accident so I stop but now i'm fully recovery :D!! And I'll go buy a jump cord or whatever it call :) really good for heart and make leg exercise :)

    No pools at the gyms around here... And our pool at home isn't big enough for laps...

    lol... Yeah the heat isn't the problem as much as the humidity and lack of moving air... It's just so stagnant in there it makes it hard to breathe..

    I used to rollerblade a lot... But I have a feeling with my plantar fasciitis it may not be a wise step for me.

    Awww :( my boyfriend told me that!!
    Before I was 150 when I meet him! I'm almost 200 today haha!! People don't believe me lol! And alwas got a little belly! So he said if you coming back of what you was when I meet you! I'll pay for the abdo operation!! It just bug me the onu thing I always hate on my body is my belly!! :( even when I was 12 yrs old!
