July Boobs Cruise Dates Announcement

We'll be planning to run cruises on the following dates:

Monday 8th July - deposits open here
Tuesday 16th July - deposits open here
Monday 22nd July - deposits open here - changed from 23rd due to demand
Sunday 28th July - deposits open here
Tuesday 30th July - deposits open here

Friday 26th July - has been cancelled.

Each cruise will open up for deposits one month before. So 8th July will open for deposits on or around 8th June etc.

Each time a cruise opens a sign up thread will be posted and I'll link to it from here and from the roll call. Each cruise will need 25 deposits paid to reach confirmed status, and the maximum for each cruise is 65. If we don't reach confirmed status one week before the proposed date, then all deposits are refunded and the cruise is cancelled.

Explanation of dates chosen

July is another of those months where there is an uneven distribution of cancuncare folks.

For the first two thirds of the month we have a small amount of people with around 20 at the hotel on any one date. We do have a mini peak of 27 around the 8th so I'll try and put a cruise on then but numbers may be tight. For the final ten days of July we have lots of people with over 50 people at the hotel every day and a peak of 87 on July 27th.

Therefore our pattern of cruise dates will follow the numbers of people and are planning several cruises for the final third of the month.

As always, numbers can change and if so then some tweaking of the dates may be required. We are still 1 -2 months away so it is not 100% accurate to forecast this far out. If you haven't already then please add your names and dates to the July Roll Call so that we have an increasingly accurate picture of our likely numbers at the hotel during July.
