yeah.. lots of people like that layout.. but.. for me, havign the showers in the bathroom at a gym like your house is crazy.. I dont want to have to wait for a stinky bathroom to have a shower hahah!.. and I would take up the room for a good 45 minutes.. you know.. have to do my hair and makeup.. might be good for men.. but..dont see that working for women. maybe your is a lot bigger than this one.. its very small..
30 minutes on the elliptical, and then the lame thing I like to call a workout turned into more stretches than muscle building. Oh well I give myself a B for effort.
Loving my new gym. I had a slight stumble over the weekend - my hair is crazy long/thick/frizzy and a nightmare to tame in the morning, hence I don't want to get it wet when I go swimming, when I have to go all day in work afterwards. Tried out a swim cap in the bath, and well, it wasn't waterproof haha. I think it might be at least splash proof, so going to give it a go in the morning.
Swim cap a complete waste of time. Struggled to get it on for 5 mins and then gave up because it was eating into my workout time. All was fine - as long as nobody splashes too much it stays dry when tied up.
Im back on the horse...last night I did an Iron Rep class at the gym and this morning I worked out with my trainer!!.. tomorrow is gonna be bad.. haha!
I can't remember if I posted here before or not, but this place and this vacation at the end of June finally got me off my ass working harder than ever to change me. Started in January, and I'm down nearly 35 pounds! Started at 225, and I'm on target to hit 180-185 before I go. I SHOULD be able to hit 180, but if not I'll be pretty close, and damned if I don't feel better about myself too. Watching what I eat and rocking the exercise bike is paying off. Getting a small weight set this weekend to step it up a bit more. I figure if I'm gonna be rockin' sheer swimsuit day, I gotta keep on top of this
I started back at the gym this past Monday. Haven't been since early April. Wow I'm hurting after doing the weights. I've lost 12 pounds with the Ideal Protein Diet and am feeling great. Another vacation is in the plans for August and I want to look and feel my best....I just have to commit to working out.
Wow Denise, lucky girl to go back in August. we are thinking Halloween. once you force yourself back to the gym it gets better,, lol
Went back to the gym with my daughter last night after train with my trainer yesterday morning. did more weights and 30 minutes of Zumba.. I dont think im working out today except for a bit of treadmill... lol
