Heather, we were going to book a week later but friends of ours told us they go the first week so we booked the first week and it turn out they couldn't go the first week and booked the 2nd week after all, so time to make bee friends the first week lol Thanks about the picture slot of hard work, waiting for your bee picture.
Weather for the 3-9th that we are there calls for lots of thunder storms. Did we make a mistake booking this particular week? Still looks warm and we want lots of pool time!
Storms usually come in afternoon and blow through quick. I'm sure you'll get lots of sunny pool time!
We've never been there in the rain. I can't imagine, really. What do you do? Hop a bus to shopping and bars?

I use it as there can be a lot of people on the same flight form the uk checking in and it does make it quicker in that respect also means after a long flight and feeling tired that you don't have to worry. Also means can hit the pool sooner as well
This will be our 23rd trip to Cancun and the weather forecast has shown rain almost every trip. That said we have only experienced a few times that it actually rained all day. Normally just and afternoon shower and its over. Come on June 11th!
