Official August 2013 Theme Nights - CCC

So, new count on those participating in 80s theme night ... me, hubby, and 4 of our friends!! Ya, cannot wait for August - it'll be epic!! :daveandmo:

Chantel! I just got done FINALLY getting clearance from Stacia's boss-lady for our August trip, and I've got to ask for, beg for, cajole, discuss, deliberate, debate, converse, confer about the precice daily schedules proposed and a couple changes I'd really, really like...

In particular, we're arriving on August 21, JUST missing the White Dress Shirt night AND Naughty Schoolgirl (& Kilt, right? I mean, I've got my "Hot Scottie" outfit, and it's slammin'...) night. Can't have that!

Can we do a swap of the proposed schedule and put Little Black Dress night on the 19th and White Dress Shirt night on the 21st, the night we arrive?

Then, Can we put Naughty Schoolgirl & Kilt Night on the following Sunday, August 25?


Otherwise we end up missing our two fave theme nights and that's a horrible thought!

Ack!

 

I would rather switch the 25th and 27th instead of 20th and 25th

AS PER DIKFORE'S post: I have deleted the Sept. dates as they were changed after such time the August Theme Nights were established - please look for the link RE: September Theme Nights.

Ideas/Suggestions listed in week #35 were completed by the Labour Day Crew; therefore, out of respect they stand as is and cannot be changed by me – thanks guys!!

I hope this will please everyone; albeit, hard to do sometimes, I believe the collection of CCC themes will suit all TTR addicts.

I did my best to make accommodations for all those that identified a need/idea/suggestion thus far, but I do believe it necessary to have these CCC Themes finalized so peeps can get out there to begin shopping and organizing outfits!! This being said - above is the FINAL list for CCC August Themes!! Thanks for all your support and wicked, awesome ideas guys - NOW BRING ON THE TTR PARTY!!! :musik026:

hi all,

our third trip....first time around (last august) we loaded up on all of the required for all of the nights...in 10 nights you could count the participators on 1 hand..hardly anyone followed the themes...

not to be discouraged when we stayed this past week or so ago (5/16-23rd) we were prepared but it was even more scarce...

only nights that seem to be widely followed is white/glow night....out of a couple hundred people i saw 2 nurses in nice shoes last week...

so....out of the group following this thread how many are expected to follow suit?..coming up on a 13 night trip so id rather not pack unnecesary stuff..

ive also found as long as you dress your ass to the nines...its recieved better than a costume
