I tell everyone....the stuffy ones twice..Just to get their I've never had that kind of fun reaction. .....It's my business and my vacation! BUT....Sometimes late at night, when no one is watching, with the lights down low.....I put mayo and mustard on my hamburger! WHY...because I'm a thrill seeker and I'm way out there! But I'm not gonna tell anybody else...........after tomorrow....Holla.......Geno
It is good to hear that most people are considerate with their photography, and hopefully there will not be any camera buoyancy experiments required while we are in the sexy pool.
All of my friends are envious of us! (Several of my friends have gone with us a few times and cant go this time) My parents just tell us to have fun and don't want details. I don't care who knows as our job's are not high profile or anything. We love TTR as this is trip 15 or 16 to the resort(once known as Blue Bay Getaway :liebe011: ) Debbie
Sorry man. I know my limits and mayo isn't going on my burger. Drinking lowers a lot of inhibitions and standards for me but there's not enough tequila to make me consciously put mayonnaise on a burger. *shudders*
I, Scott, am probably a bit too forthcoming when asked where we vacation even though we also vacation at HEDO and 100% of my private life is under scrutiny with my work. I just try not to embarrass my lovely bride... Oddly enough I get more side ways looks when I say Temptation Resort and Spa than when I say HEDO. Who woulda thunk that, lol. I am completely honest and don't even try to explain "what" each resort is or isn't. I will correct people if they have any misconceptions though and that includes what they may "assume" about us because of our vacation choices. I truly feel for those that have career / life implications due to vacation destinations because of small narrow minded thinking "community" minded people (pet peeve of mine in this day and age). Those that live in glass houses should not throw stones!!!
A few years ago the ultimate "secret" adult vacation spot was Hedo III on Jamaicas North Coast. It was with 1/2 mile of Superclubs other resort Breeezs Runaway Bay. Folks staying at BRB had guest priviledges at Hedo III. They had a 24 hr/day shuttle service between the two resorts, You could stay at BRB and play at Hedo III. Lots of folks with "public" jobs always stayed at BRB. No paper trail, no nothing.
Yep and the ocean. I took one from a guy a couple years ago and chucked it straight out in the ocean. Funny thing him and his friend were never seen again the rest of the week. Lol
Last week was great. There were very few camera issues. And when someone pulled one out during a game at the sexy pool the staff jumped right on them and embarrassed them so much that no one else would even think about it. 3 years ago it was a different story, one person got away with it and more people took their cameras out and it was just out of control. Seems like they are either doing a much better job stopping it during games or the crowd last week was just very respectful.
I'm a hairdresser so I get asked often. This was our 6th trip and have taken the advice of others on here. We are going to the RIU. There are a few around Cancun and the Mayan and all are reputable. Majority will ask, tell them RIU and then the drop it. It's just conversation really. We have stayed at the RIU's prior to TTR so we know they are great. IT's not like people are going to research it extensively
