Speaking of which... there is a new version out there... Believe it or not, we are now up to 549 exactly 100 more than we had last year! We must be doing something right! Down to 4 workpapers and a mortgage in the next 2 days.... Will he make it????? Sweating a little because I found out Monday that the Mortgage Loan Officer I had has left the company! That is a good question.. and here's sort of an answer…. There are around 400 rooms in the hotel. With 31 days in the month that's 12,400 rental nights. We have 540 folks that average 2 to a room so let's say we have 275 rooms nights (with a little extra for the singles we have coming) times an average of say 9 nights per room (some are longer, some are shorter). That equates out to 2,475 rental nights or about 20% of the rooms over the month. That's a ball park, but at least it should be in the ball park. Jamie
