Well got back Thursday and said I wasn't gonna get on the scale but I did. As usual I am up 8 lbs. That really sucks and I didn't even drink as much as I usually do. Anways I did 35 minutes yesterday and 35 minutes today on the elliptical. I also did a bunch of abdominal work toady. Back to it, september is coming.
Hello Everyone !! I'm not dead =D I'm just freakin busy it's crazy ! Spring is there So I just clean flower and the house =) So Make alot of exercise! Fixed the car, buy new rims because our get stole. Ahhhhh if someone can give me 2-3 hours more per day. I'll be happy. I lost few pounds 3-4 =D But my balance board is crazy I can go on it 3-4 times and never the same pound LOL Oh well I have a year we think we will go around the 15-16 of april 2014. So no springbreakers, and at the end of the mexican spring break =) I can't wait to get there that's for sure !
Still here too..........I worked out everyday this week. we back from Cancun and i gained 9 in cancun. That sucks but I am already down 5 lb from last thursday and I am working towards September and being in even better shape on my birthday.Love to lose 30 lbs over the summer. Anyone with me?
Ughhh... So slacking since we got back... I was up 8 after we got back.. Wednesday I was only up 2... So its progress, but I could be so much farther... I just can't get back into my pre-vacation groove... I'm aiming for another 20 by September Monique..

I'm with you For sure -30 lbs I'll be 163 Lbs. I'm down at 193 ( this morning ) Last time I saw that was few months ago ( before christmas ) .. The lower I see was 195. =) :daisy: I'm almost 6 pounds down . I just discover the greek yogurt.. OMG that thing is good. Per 100 Gr . 50 Cal. 0 fat. and 8 Gr of protein. that's really good
I'm back as well and gained as usual but man oh man!.. I swelled up like a balloon this time in cancun.. lots of nights I could not get my shoes on.. and today was my first day back at work.. it sucked big time to put jeans on.. lol but it was 30 c here today.. so i got to put shorts on when I got home.. im not too worried over the gain right now.. it will be off by the end of the week .. well most of it I hope. I did a 45 minute walk outside tonight.. kind of lame but better than nothing.. my promise to myself is to exercise everyday.. I am thinking .. for me .. its not food.. cause I dont eat that much normally.. and i dont drink alcohol at home.. so.. it has to be the exercise that I need to lose weight..so.. here we go again!!
