We have it at our local liquor store in Tennessee and ever since our last trip to cancun it has been a staple in our liquor cabinet.
We asked for "tequila" at the TexMex and were offered a choice of three! Being English, we had no idea, so just asked for the smoothest........very nice!!! But agree, if I drink the stuff over here..... pukesville!! :daisy:
At the Italian restaurant I asked for tequila and the waiter brought me some good stuff, along with another shooter filled with a combination of tomato juice owner juice Tabasco and some other stuff. You sip the tequila then sip the tomato mixture. It was delicious. I had him write down the recipe for me.. I'll post it tomorrow Sent from my speak and spell.
I can't ever drink that stuff again - whatever it is they use - I have never been more fucked up in my life than when I drink too much tequila at TTR - I think I'm allergic to it or something - lol!!
Jose cuervo was their top shelf stuff. El jimadore is the cheap stuff. If they now have Milagro, thats good stuff. I have a feeling they water some stuff down unless ypu get the first few drinks out of a freshly opened bottle.
THEY DO NOT WATER STUFF DOWN!!! Don't mean to be a bitch or anything, but this is how the rumors of them watering down all their drinks start.
