Both are Hedo terms for single guys.
A Vinny is a single guy who is very machismo.. When the male part of a couple say gets up to use the bathroom, a Vinny would move in on the female immediately.

A Wally is a creeper. They just watch. They take pics where they aren't supposed to and if you and your honey were having fun they would watch... Way too closely.. Blah

Both are not something anyone should strive to be. Lol

My very best friend didn't take her top off last May, and i'm pretty sure she is getting a long sleeve rash shirt for this May. No one bugged her about it at all. Can't remember if anyone goaded her on at some point to try it. She did it, but just wasn't her thing. She is too concerned about burning the girls and brushes with skin cancer had her rightfully nervous.
