Yeah we hear ya. Before p90x we did the gym every other day with weights and 3-5 miles on the treadmill. But we hit a plateau with no additional difference no matter how hard we worked. The results from p90x have been much more noticeable. Definitely believing the logic that a change in routine challenges your body. But now it is 8pm and we are putting the kids to bed and are trying to decide between 1)chest, triceps and ab ripper 2)dishes and laundry 3)trying on outfits for TTR and starting to pack. I think p90x is going to lose tonight...hopefully it loses to outfits and packing.
