July 2013 Roll Call

We're coming July 9th-14th....along with a group of over 50 crazy fuckers from Oklahoma City.

 

We will be there for our first time July 28- Aug 1.. We are super excited!!

Return trip now book. TTR has to be the best holiday destination ever. Went last year with a partner. Single lady this year and looking for fun fun fun and a bit of sun! ;-) x

So it's been a few years since our last trip TTR and it looks like some things have changed. The last time we went no one really participated in the theme nights because we went to the clubs. It appears the theme nights are super popular now. Is that correct? And do people still do the clubs? Also, we heard the pool stays open all night now, whereas before it closed at night. Oh and lastly, what's the deal with the CCC Wristbands and bringing your own 7-11 Supersize Cup?

 

Hey guys! The theme nights are hit and miss depending on the crowd there. Im guessing with so many CCC people there the last week of July, theme night participation will be pretty strong. The last couple of times we have gone, most people stay at the resort. The only time we went to the club was when we went to Coco Bongos (which was AWESOME!). As you stated, the sports pool is now open 24 hours, so we spent a lot of time hanging out with friends there after Paty O's. The only downside is there isn't a convenient place to get drinks especially for 20 or so people. This year we plan on bringing our own collapsible coolers and purchasing alcohol to have poolside for the nights we hang out there.

Regarding the wrist bands, a lot of people from this site wear orange wrist bands so its easier to pick out others who are on this forum. They pass them out on the Boobs Cruise (which is a MUST DO!) or you can purchase them at a party store. SD_Couple had custom ones made up last year for our crew. They probably still have some left I'm guessing, and they will be there again the last week of July. As far as the bubba mugs, some people bring their own mugs because at the resort they only pass out drinks in tiny cups. I have done it both ways. Its definitely more convenient to have a mug because it cuts down on trips to the bar, but I also have found not bringing a mug is a good way to control the amount you drink during the day.
