If you are covered in AIWC I am sure you will get lots of shots Scott (or give them at least). :wink3: shots! shots! shots! It's been my pleasure setting up the theme nights. Gave me something productive to post about for a change instead of just going on and on about sex (right Monique?). Just went to the dollar store instead of working this morning...BAD COUGAR, BAD!! :aktion047: Bought some stuff to make a sign for the CCC Cougar Den in case we get the party deck room for the sex toy exchange party. It's going to be neon orange (Cancuncare orange!) so even the drunks can't miss it! And if we don't get the party deck room, at least Carol and I will be easy to find (this is important for cougars on the prowl in environments where cubs may consume too much alcohol and become disoriented). Also bought some orange accessories for the Boobs Cruises, and the weirdest glow night item I have ever seen (it's a surprise!). Went to the liquor store to get some itty bitty bottles of booze for the plane, and they don't sell the teeny size in B.C. government liquor stores anymore! Apparently too many people were swiping them, and the government is tired of giving away free booze. Good grief...some people are so desperate. Well, okay, I'm desperate too, but in a different sense. :wink3:
just a heads up for those who bought minis to drink on the plane. Yes. You can bring minis through security. However, you can only take as many 3 oz bottles (of anything) that you can fit into your ONE permitted QUART size permitted ziplock baggie. It also must be less than 140 proof*: From the TSA.gov website: IMPORTANT NOTE: You say that you would bring alcohol to consume while "on the plane". By doing that, you ARE BREAKING FEDERAL LAW! Per Federal Aviation Regulations §121.575 Alcoholic beverages: "No person may drink any alcoholic beverage aboard an aircraft unless the certificate holder operating the aircraft [airline] has served that beverage to him." If caught you will certainly have any minis confiscated and possibly meet the airport police as you disembark. If you are going to bring it, drink in the terminal beforehand! seeing that i bought my minis befor researching this, I'm looking for a technicality here, if i hand the stewardess my minis and have her hand them back to me, can i drink them then?
The Regs don't surprise me. We've always known that you can't bring your own alcohol to drink on the plane. Seems to me the best plan is to put your alcohol in opaque travel shampoo/conditioner/lotion bottles, and then order pop on the plane and be SNEAKY about adding the booze. I am going to bring a little bottle of Bailey's, but just to put in my morning coffee at the Edmonton airport, since I don't drink highballs. In Canada, booze is so expensive that you wouldn't really save very much money by buying minis at the liquor store anyway.
We fly direct on Monday & the plan is too sleep as much as possible, if possible. The first two trips to TTR we hardly slept - with a room over Paty'os our first trip and then dips with friends at the sports pool after the bar closed, during our 2nd trip. We need a few days of off-site holidays to recover. Ooh my liver just twinged thinking about it. Woohoo ! C U soon
