    first time i have read this thread am so glad i did. its really motivating me to put more in. and am glad its not just my scales that dont always work

    Did 1:15 of step aerobics and boxing this morning. Gonna try and bust out a longer workout tonight. Last chance before we leave!!!

    found a site with some really nice and healthy recipes on it and she has add the points if your on weight watchers Skinnytaste
    i had to google some of the names of the ingredients the US has different names for some veg

    I feel so bad

    I'm depressing :( I miss Cancun !!

    Snow storm coming tomorrow 30 cm ( about 15 inch )

    I want to go back I don't want to wait until 1 year and 1 week :(

    OMG Thank you Monique...I was going to give up... well I think I already have but I'm going to give this a honest try... considering we will be snowed in this weekend... packing and working out.. Yeah baby. :aktion033:

    I am gonna try it too...........maybe it will keep me focus this weekend and from being pissed off again on monday. Cheers.........leaving Sunday so definite can do this for the weekend.

    I did it 500 calories..........45 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of weights, sit ups, crunches, lunges, squats, calf raises, med ball figure 8, kettle bell roll up, v sits, cable rear rows, cable chest press, tricep dips, push ups, and weighted good mornings. I feel great, now i am going to get waxed. All good in two days.

    Another 500 calorie work out...........kicking ass here...........MINE!
    One day to go. I am going to kill it till I leave..............anoter one tonight.

    LOL you can't get pissed off on Monday you'll be at TTR..LOL
    I get the Monday blues and I don't understand it, I check Sat. morning good, check again Sunday morning good...another check monday morning and WTF up 4 somtimes 5 lbs and it starts again... it appears one day goes to hell and it takes all week to loose the 4 or 5 again.. round and round i go
