Lol I stand corrected. There were a few 8-9 days for a couple operators but nowhere near the dates we needed to go. Learn something new all the time.
we do 2 weeks.. with a couple days off if we need it.. or 2 weeks and go to a different resort for the last 3 or 4 days.. this trip we are traveling friday to friday so I get a couples days off when i get home.. because you really need it after 14 days.. but.. I say 10 days is perfect and 14 days is over indulging but seems to happen at TTR.. .. haha!
We are starting our 10 day TTR vacation in about 3 hours. 10 days is perfect. Lots of fun. Many fun days and nights. Hope you try it.
We do 14, but usually there's a bit of a break in the middle where you find you can't go on, then get a second wind and don't want to leave!
Don't get hooked up on just doing a charter like Sunwing , Sunquest or Airtransat. The last three times we booked on Expedia.ca and did the "flight+hotel" option. You might not get a direct flight but you have better choice of flight times and when you want to go and number of days. The only other difference is the airport transfer is not included which makes us no difference because we always book through USA Transfers with the link through the CCC website. You get a private nonstop return transfer for $55 for two people. Way better than stopping at every hotel along the strip to drop people off like they do through charters.
Yea maybe should pry at some of those options. Although with our last trip, although it was not private, was non stop direct transfer. The fun started ON the transfer Edit: just tried Expedia and yea it's easy to get non stop flight to cancun with good times, in 8 or 9 day duration. Thanks guys!
Did a thread a while back and the general consensus leaned toward 10 days 7 is to short and 14 is too long was said a lot. everyone is different so you have to find your niche .
