When will Canadian learn???

After our second stay at TTR we have learned on inevitable fact. That while Canadian definitely know how to party and invade the resort like the plague, They are also found to be some of the more inconsiderate patrons leading to the outbreak of the sickness spreading there.

This was fond in the fact that while most Americans and UK had no problem asking for drinks from the wait staff around the pool, the Canadians would rather go fetch their own drinks. Not a a bad thing all in all, but in doing this the bartenders are finding that the vast majority of the cups were not coming back to the bar. HMMMM. Now with that being said we did a little didgging into this. After the bar closes down at night they do a complete scrub down and gather all the cups they can find, take them back, wash and count them. The next day they are recounted and bagged, brought out and stocked at the bar. Throughout the day if they are in need they have to make a run the same as if they need ice. Now with all those cups being left throughout the pool and with the intensity of how Canadians drink there is not enough wait staff to make the rounds fast enough to pick up all the cup so they can get the cup back to the kitchen to be washed, counted and back to the bar.

This then leads the bartenders to quickly rinse the cup in the "wash" sink (or dunk tank as we had referred to it as) to give it a quick wash and be able to keep the drinks coming. While we did notice several times that you do not always get the cup you came with and if you didn't come with a cup to the bar you were more than likely getting some Canadian cold that is spreading like a pandemic. So in an effort to no longer get or spread the bug we will no longer be drinking from the Canadian infested cup water behind the bar but rather our bubba mugs. We love you Canada and all of you party going people but please bring your cups and/or leave them with the staff. We'd ask for you to think about drinking a little less to cut down on the use of cups but we doubt that could happen! LOL

What is this cold you speak of? You mean that one time I sneezed last week? As for drinking to much, its not our fault we cant take our real beer and stick drinking the watered down stuff they have.

 

So the solution is for "Canadians" to drink less, instead of the resort buying more cups???

 

Dude, I just saw your other post about there is nothing "bad" at TTR cause its so fun. Now your complaining abiut cups.

you just cant change stupid.

 

A couple thoughts:

1. I drink enough alcohol to kill any living organism that could possibly make me sick, so I'm not worried.

2. Use your own bubba keg as you suggested.

3. As a US resident I resent the implication that Canadians are more accomplished drinkers! :ernaehrung024:

 

Going to spend my time drinking with Canadians versus keeping track of cups. See ya soon nasty cups !

 

I can't agree more... sometimes we have to dress our American friends up, break them out of their shells, and get them hammered while their wives are back in the room sleeping all night. Just imagine waking up with your husband of 10 years walking back in the room looking like this for the first time in his life, nevermind a few marker signatures on his ass from "The Ass Spanking Game". Probably shouldn't post those pictures lol :aktion033:
