This is soooo awesome everyone! Reg and I were talking last night how good it feels to donate to something and SEE the results of kindness. The money isn't just going to some office somewhere and then God only knows what happens to it. Where we come from on Prince Edward Island people in different communities hold what we call "benefits" for people in need of help financially, primarily for medical issues such as cancer. The community gathers donations of items for auction from local businesses and then there is a big party held at a local community center. People come from all over to bid or just donate and show their support. It is such a wonderful feeliong whenever you know how much a small community can pull together to help out in times of need. This is just like that except we are an online community! Keep up they incredible gift of kindness everyone. It does the heart good, no matter how small the donation may be! :angel1::xyxthumbs:

 

Really amazing for something that been going on since March 17th, 2013. 20 days ago we started and we're already at 38% of our goal
