mio water flavoring is great! i love the energy one. what i like the most is changing the taste of water. lets face it, water is good, we have a double filter on ours. but it gets so boring to drink nothing but plain water. mio helps to give it that change up so its easier to keep drinking it.
I have people at my bar drinking Vodka or rum in their iced tea instead of soda. There are even iced tea flavored alcohols out and about now. I am not a juice, soda, coffee or tea person. I am a Water and Mio drinker. and drink over 240 oz of water a day. And that is a problem, I like to drink, no matter what it is, I drink alot and fast! And I am not diabetic. Keeps the kidneys flushed! So TTR will be a challenge for my daily drinking habits.
I love, like really love Perrier sparking water with Lime as a mixer. I can't do any aspartame or other artificial sweetners so I love seltzer water or club soda with a lime twist.
I also wanted to say that I am back from my weekend of debauchery in the mountains! I don't plan to get on the scale this week- I am going to work out a lot and watch carefully what I am eating so that hopefully I will be back down to my current low weight in a week or so. I'm sure I must have gained at least 5 lbs I don't have too many crazy events coming up for work or personal stuff so my goal is to stay on track every single weekend between now and June 8th which is the 3rd annual Beer Olympics with my friends. I can do this!!! I want to lose another 15 lbs or so by then and have more confidence when I wear shorts. It's going to be hard but I am so determined -D

K somehow I fell asleep or got distarcted before I post last night. I did 45 on the elliptical yesterday and another 20 today. I also did abs yesterday too but I am still frustrated as shit at not losing more weight. I have been having hot flashes for the last couple weeks and well that always screws me up. So please god quit f$%^ing wiht my friggin hormones so I can get skinny already.
Are you trying to tell me that over-obsessing on what the scale tells you may not be conducive to overall health and happiness - weird (lol) Anyway, it all makes sense to me and I hope it give you your desired results.
I am doing very well, Kim. This time of year, Cheryl and I travel a great deal so life is always pretty exciting. In fact, on a whim we are going to go to Boston for Easter weekend. Going away is not the best weight plan however - eating healthy is tougher to do and alcohol consumption tends to go up considerably. But having said that, I seem to be holding my own. Still within 5 lbs of my Temptation weight. I still work out lots and I recently started running 8 km-10 km every other day. Not bad for a guy who a year ago wasn't running at all. The good thing about running is you can do it anytime and anywhere. I always google good running trails when I go away. How about you? I don't read here that often anymore. How's your neck and migranes? I did read that you tried yoga, but it didn't sound like you liked it. I go weekly to Yin yoga and find that type to be an amazing way to remove life's stress out of your body. I don't know anything about the other types of yoga though. I am still hoping that you and Bruce will be back at Temptations for Halloween. Cheryl and I are booked and would love to spend some quality time with you guys.
ok mind is set! after this weekend its no alcohol, ect. not even a cold bud on a hot day!!! gym, tanning, and weights is the goal!!! just cant and wont do this anymore. im in charge damnit!! not sure what the mood will be but its going to work. did it before, will do it again!! then keep it up. i want to order things and just go buy things and say yes i love it!! not shit i wish!!! so here goes.
