    I was just telling the hubby last night that it's time for me to start shopping for anti aging creams... Found them in the fridge! Lol

    well there is tequilla and more tequilla and of course tequilla!!! ha ha and my weekeness is ice cold bud!!! in the bottle!! and if im watching calories bud light!!

    Wow you look great!! Only 2 pounds away? That's so awesome! Go you! Hopefully I have the same success in the end!

    I stopped drinking diet a few years ago because of aspartame. It eats away the lining of your stomach. I also stopped using margarine. It has 27 of the same ingredients as paint and causes a LOT of health problems. I now use unsalted butter. It's actually good for you.

    I have only been drinking water and the occasional tea the last month or so. When I go out to eat I may have a pepsi. My friends told me "Oh just try to stop drinking soda.... after a week you won't even miss it." Bullshit! lol. I was just sitting here practically fantasizing about drinking one. lol I almost came :bj: ... okay kidding... but you catch my drift!

    yep you guys are all looking great!!!! very happy for you. still doing my best. hopefully will be lean green and partying in sept!!!

    ya know what, I have to say I quit drinking pop and diet pop and I really do hardly miss it. The odd occasion that I "treat" myself to pop, I can't even finish a bottle. I have a few sips and thats it. I'm glad I don't miss it much.

    To be honest I couldn't drink straight pop I only use it as a mix... I would love to find somthing else. But I'm not into fruity tasting drinks, can't stand orange juice it upsets my stomach. There just seems to be such little choice. I've tried tonic and loved it until I seen the amount of carbs. caffeine free diet coke is what we've been trying the last couple weeks, and though this might sound weird but it seems salty to us. During the day I drink 3 to 4 large cups of decaf green tea. And the thoughts of tequila... well that would just put me into party mode... and you can't have that on a Monday or Tuesday etc. LOL

    Thanks Hammie... Yeah, I'm down about 25 lbs... 2 more to my goal... Then my next goal is another 20 lbs down...

    Look into Smart Balance butter. It uses FlaxSeed oil and is much better for you.

    I too am at a loss as to what to use as mix.. I am a diet coke drinker but I drink it all the time. My husband is a Rum & club soda and MIO drinker.. I think that I am gonna start doing flavored vodka shots and drink water on the side when I drink.. lol or tequilla or Rum
    hahaha!! ;)

    Look into the SodaStream flavors... They don't have aspartame.

    so my experiment is over and I want to share with everyone that, I have not been on any kind of diet for almost 6 weeks.. and while I have not lost anything I ate what I wanted when I wanted and did not count calories or any kind of a diet other than trying a bit of portion control and I have not gained a pound!. I also have not worked out for 6 weeks so.. if all the info we have been given is true.. when I start to work out this week keeping the same regime of food I should see a loss in the future.. and the reason I have not worked out is I wanted to reset my eating, I didnt really know what to or how much to eat and be satisfied with out being on a strict diet..so I went back to basics.. cooking at home and making healthy meals.. I feel better and that is my goal. My scale is hidden and I might weigh once a month..but my clothes will be my judge. I have stopped obsessing over the diets not working and feel I have my life back and ready to live a little.
