Ok I have heard about this 60's club now at GP. Did it just take the place of the Beer Garden? Is there really any difference if it did or did they just change the name? Just wondering. Nov/Dec can't get here soon enough!!
No the beer garden is still there. The sixties club is right inside the main entrance through the double doors on the right. The beer garden is around the corner by Sumo. 60's club is where they have pool & ping pong tables and a small dance floor and do the karaoke.
Yes. The beer garden is now the 60's bar. They took the statues from the old mini golf area and put them in the "Beer Garden" and then renamed it "The 60s Bar". It's cute. There is still the lobby bar around the corner where you check in at.... it just looks different. They spent about 15 million in renovation in late 2010 early 2011.
I am bringing 8 people with us and we will be there nov 27-dec 7 Can't wait!!! It's our 3rd time to the Golden and I'm excited!!!
Lol ok apparently the change took place before we found the Golden. The little bar around the corner is called the beer garden now. Was not aware that it used to be bigger. My bad. Double shots on me in July
