Sure you can. Don't know what it's called (Ken likely would) but you can get a lever thing that will attach to the side of the handle. Swings across to an attachment on the other side, put on a lock & voila, you now have a lock. Unfortunately it may not keep out those who are really determined

I didn't change anything haha!!! Also I saw the guy that try to stole yesterday!!! I got his plate number ! Weirdo guy on a Chevrolet s10 truck with three guy in! Perfect to pick my sled!! Asshole!! We was on the truck about 100 ft from the shop cross a truck at 11oclock pm ( we are I an industrial place) and the guy turn into our packing!! We make a uturn n went see the guy!!! Now that things are finally less crazy at work, I wanted to post about my month of vibration workouts (completed 2 weeks ago) to let you know if they are worthwhile or a bunch of bumpkus. Turns out that they do produce results! I achieved some really great all-over toning doing five 20-minute vibe workouts per week. I was already in good shape, but I am always looking for something different to shake up my body and push my toning a bit higher. Here's the link to the website for my vibe studio, which will give you basic info on vibe workouts. Most larger cities have vibe studios now. www.purevibe.ca You have to vary the type of exercise you do, or your body gets used to it and you will stop progressing in your fitness. Don't just get on the stairclimber every day, every week. Find something else, e.g., Zumba classes, and do that for a month instead of your usual routine. That also helps to stave off boredom, which is a real motivation-killer, and when it comes to exercising several times a week, we need all the motivation we can get!
welp... I'm down 8 pounds in the last 36 hours... Too bad its from some stomach bug i've got... Who knows... Maybe i'll be able to keep it off in which case, i've met my April1 goal!! lol
Yay with my shoes jean tshirt and sunglasses I'm 194.6 so 192 To losing weight everything start from what you eat like for lunch I got a chicken sandwich only salt n pepper !! And half a small French Fries and one diet 7up!!! I try almost everything try to lost some pound eating only salad and I take 5 pounds during the weeks! I got a 6 mcnuggets combo yesterday's at McDonald's ( no time for make lunch ) normally I take to chicken wrap with fries!! After cancun I'm going to the gym I'll have one year to lose those extra pound and come back to 150 !!
