Had a rough weigh in this morning. That definitely was a nice little wake up call. So I did an hour of Zumba this morning. And I'm really gonna start pushing again tomorrow.
If my scale is the same or worse tomorrow I'm going to pass out!!! or throw the dam thing out. Yummy cabbage soup for lunch today...
Hi, I'm still here! Been really busy planning our annual Meatfest aka cabin trip to the mountains- 20 of us going- it's kind of like TTR, but slightly more tame (but not too tame!) Anyway, we are leaving Thursday! Yeah! So, I am down another pound to 21 total... weight has been all over the place this week so I am not sure if I will go down this week or not. Plus with the mountains trip, we drink from 10 am till 2 am and eat meat at every meal and sit in the hot tub- so yeah....... I did my first 5k in almost a year on Saturday! It was my worst 5k time ever, around 36 minutes, but I didn't train at all, just winged it. I ran the whole time and was really proud of my "worst" time because I just got out there and said screw it I am going to run this thing! My husband finished 15th overall with a time of 19 minutes and change. Overachiever! But I love him
That 3lbs I put on are gone again... Back to my low weight.. 4 more pounds to go to hit my april 1 goal!! Hour of elliptical yesterday... Wanted to do 2, but my ankle started getting pissed about 5 minutes into my 2nd hour... Tonight I want to try for 2 hours of cardio..
Guess I didn't mean different job as I know you like your job but hey different school or school board as you have the experience. Just not worth the headaches she gives you. Are you part of a union.
I feel like having a night off but, I am not gonna do it. Every work out is gonna count till April now and only 25 days to take off I hope alot more. Off to work out. Ended up getting in a 40 minutes elliptical work out today.
I got My exercise done for today that's for sure!!! I HATE fucking people in my area!! They break in into our big 28.5 ft trailer! Now my doors don't look because they Broke the handle door my sled was there everything so I just put everything on the shop almost 2H30 that take!! If I catch him He will not be able to walk and talk that's for sure!! I'll take my sled and roll on him!!! They didn't take anything my sled was on the way !!! yep but, they all work for the district too. so, thats why the lawyer. i know they got the letter mon. so just waiting to see what comes out of it.
