so.. I just wanted to give everyone a bit of advise. I learned the hard way for sure.. We are all in such a hurry to win the race including me.. but we have all heard the rabbit and the turtle story.. we need to be happy that in a week we lost 1 lb. if it comes off to fast its not really fat.. its either water or mucsel and wont stay off.. I know that we all want it off NOW..I know I sure as hell do.. but if its just so we feel better on vacation why kill yourself.. its better to be consistant and know that everyday you are one step closer to being healthy. I want to lose 10 lbs.. but I want it to stay off and even if i dont lose it before my holidays Im still going.. its booked and paid for.. lol so I would rather eat healthy and work out everyday and know I did it for me and not just for my holidays and go back to eating bad... make the change my friends.. do it for you!!!
Ah Kathy, that sucks I feel for you. Just a thought maybe time for a new job where people appreciate you more. Just another thought what goes around come around the hag will get hers someday. I just don't like it stressing out my friend.
Me too, just a quick fix that will make me feel better. Reading yet another diet book to motivate me. Yep that all they are usually good for is motivating the crap out of me. Might do the strict diet of south beach for a couple weeks. It's easy and well reading one from the guy on the Doctor's right now that might be worth a try. Nothing I haven't heard before but hell they make it sound easy anyways. The quick fixes are great but don't last and I am working so hard that I want it to stay off. Anyways that's my vent, I got three weeks left and maybe two weeks of South beach will get me down another 8-10 lbs but I sure can't afford to lose muscle especially when I am just getting it back in my legs and arms. I did another 35 minutes on the elliptical, 4 sets of chest press on the ball, med ball figure 8's, kettel bell v sits, and kettle bells roll up sit ups, barbell rear row, horizontal rear rows, good mornings, and abdonimal crossovers, and no legs today, that's tomorrow. All i can do it keep trying,and change up the diet or tweek it to make more fall off. I think I am just gonna try drinking lots of water and see if a nicely hydrated me takes more off,
I decided to count the stairs I did at work yesterday just to see. I counted 544 steps UP!! I didn't count the steps down. I wasn't even as busy yesterday as most days. I always take the stairs when I can. What a great way to get a little extra workout for butt & legs into the day!:icon_biggrin:
:angrymad:i know i shouldnt let it bother me so much. no a diff. job wouldnt be good at the moment. a diff. school would. 17 years is too long to invest, just to give up!! im not the only one feeling her wrath but so far the only one standing up to her!!!! hopefully this lawyer will school her on proper boss behaviour!! she has used pretty low down taticts to just win!!! and seeings how i have the proof on paper it should account for something!!! but time to do my best to not let it run my life!! have actually done better though. will keep working on it. thanks be3ing able to vent helps!! hope everyone able to go in april has a total blast!! it sure seems to be heading in that direction!! your post are very funny to read!!

OMG.. isnt that frustrating.. so.. here what the experts tell you..your either eating to much or not enough.. lol or your building mucsle. now wasnt that teh greatest advise ever? NOT! Deb.. it has to be water.. stay off the scale and just keep with your program.. if you feel you want to do something remove a bit more carbs or surgar and add in more low starch veggies and if you want to beat yourself up add more cardio but not less calories.. :huepfen021:
