    Up your protein and cut some carbs.. Keep it up though! Don't stress on the number..

    Also did you do a cardio warmup to get your heart rate going?

    Always do a cardio warm up.

    Well 45 minutes on the elliptical and 25 minutes of just abs. I now know what okra feels like lol but working for results on the areas that bug me most.

    up 3 lbs this morning... But i have a feeling if I could take out my liver and ring it out, i'd lose 4-5 lbs based on this weekends alchol intake...

    Anybody have success with any last minute crash diets? Thinking about trying one of those 1-2 week crash diets just to drop another 5-10 lbs...

    No carbs helped 1 of us lose 23 pounds in 2 weeks. Quickly realized that it's not healthy but for a short term crash diet it works great.

    yeah... i've done full carb cuts before, and they work well for me... Just curious if there are others people have success with... other than cabbage soup lol

    Few years back I did the maple syrup diet and it worked 18lbs in 13 days. I never gain the 18 back.. though it is hard but not bad, however it seems alot harder to try again.. but been thinking about it.
