Way to go. Which workout are you doing again? We see your weekly pics. Glad to see it is paying off. We have added p90x to our normal workouts and it is kicking our a$$ right now. Need some motivation to know it will be worth it. Good to see one of those programs is working for you!

Hey guys...well not following a plan really. Just eating clean ...lots of protien and veggies. I have cut out all of the bad carbs and only eat complex carbs occasionally. I have even given up beer it's been a tough few months but totally worth it! As far as the gym..I am there 7 days a week. I usually work out from 1 1/2 to 2 hours per day. I do 45 minutes of cardio per day as well as weights. Lots of squats and ab work. Thanks
