What do u think TTR needs to change/update while NOT increasing their price?

Sorry, but it was true in January for the entire last week, and it was not that way when we were there in April 2012, so yeah ...

 

Yeah, and it took FOREVER to get a drink on lingerie night because of the one bartender - the line was 30 people long the whole time ... while Sarah and I strutted our stuff on the stage, our husbands had to wait in line for drinks :bowdown:

 

That stinks! Guess the simple solution on lingerie night for the time being is to get a HUGE bubba mug and pour a tall stiff drink from our room that will last the 90mins.

 

Damn it. Wish i was a sexy man...lol

 

Wow...amazing list, IDareU. Agree with every item except the pozole. But maybe if I had a clue what pozole was, I been on board with that too!

I hear occupancy is low at Desire Cabo, so I hope to see them switch it back. It doesn't work that well at that location anyway, with a whole flank of Barcelo rooms looking down into the resort.

 

Yes!!! Oh I remember that and it would great!! It was also Blue Bay the first, 2,3,4 or 5 times we went. Great suggestion.

Just thought I would chime in on the early closure of the bars. Sure it's not ideal but I have been there before when they used to close Paty O's at 1am and still had a blast.

Here's the key:
Either have stocked up in your room a bunch of booze (ie. Walmart run)

OR

at bar closing get a couple of guys (not just one) make a beer run. Get in a cab and get to the closest store and get a few dozen beer.

Return to Paty O's and keep going until morning.

Believe it or not, it may actually be more fun as only the hardcore keep going when they have to supply a bit of booze and I'm up for it myself!

For those of us like this:



They need the party to go on all night - kind of important for the trip! The party goes on way later than 2am at Desire.

I would also agree with having lights at the sexy pool and making it available at night - or they need to add a large hot tub - the sport pool is WAY too cold at night, and they kicked us out of the beach when we tried to go in the ocean water (which was WAY warmer than the pool). For those of us vacationing from areas of the world where you can't go swimming at all outside most of the year, we want access to pool/beach fun 24/7 - like Donald said, it is Cancun ... us older folks have a right to our crazy "spring break" just like the college kids!!

 

I have a question... If all of the beaches in Mexico ( or at least Cancun) are public, does TTR security even have the right to kick you out of the water?
