We have a lot of single friends, and I am against changing the resort to couples only, however couples only during March would solve the Spring Break problem.
Wow, this is all more than a little disconcerting to hear three days before we board our flight. We were aware we planned our trip during the US spring beak season but thought that group would be elsewhere. Now it appears the problem is actually related to young guys from the UK. Is this something that completely shuts down the heralded Temptation experience? This is our first visit, and we've been looking forward to enjoying the company of new ADULT friends. We've been very open minded and level set our expectations, but this sounds like something that could really put a damper on things. We arrive Saturday evening and will be on the Boobs Cruise Sunday. Maybe that will be a good place to kick things off and meet some folks who will help us avoid the chaos. I really have no desire to be pushed over the edge by some drunken, obnoxious 20-year-old with an overload of testosterone. Disappointing.
We're back from a week at TTR as of this morning. The week was great and I we will go back. The people we met were wonderful. That said the single guys, mostly Euro Phuckers, were a pain in the ass. As the week went on it got worse. All the trouble was at Paty O's at night. No trouble during the day. On the second night there were two fights, seemed to be due to a rude Spanish? guy. (Saw him the next day at breakfast and couldn"t believe he was still there) Later in the week our sexy ladies regularly got felt up on the dance floor. It took some of the fun out of the party. I think the resort needs to limit occupancy by single guys to a small percentage and there needs to be a couple of chaparone type security guards nearby to turn to if needed. More than once Pam had to turn around, wag a finger and threaten a heel spike to the nuts of some jerk off. It also throws a huge wet blanket on theme night participation.
Stick close to the hubby and you will be fine. Some of the really obnoxious ones may still make a pass at you but that is to be expected no matter where you are. It will put a lil bit of a damper on things as large groups of males tend to set the females back a bit and make them more weary. Best advice is find a couple or 2 that you can get along with and make your own time worth it. Ignore the obnoxious ones but oogle at the sexy ones that respect the boundaries. They are there to have a good time too, just know that it will tame things a bit. Your vacation is what YOU make of it.
All I know is that if someone startes to get grabby with my girl or friends without permission lol.Its not going to be pretty. If i wanted to go party with the typical Spring Breakers i would have gone to Oasis with some of my younger friends.I booked TTR because its not going to be a bunch of 18-21 year old kids acting stupid like they have never partied before..This is just mp take on it. I cant wait till April 25
Come April 25th this wont be an issue because then no March breakers will be there :aktion033: Enjoy yourself and no worries :aktion069:
The April group is so large that it creates a feeling of security. Just don't let her go to the bar by herself or to the washroom. The washrooms are partially co-ed
The last thing I want to be while on vacation is in (HVM) Hyper Vigilance Mode again making sure some yob isn't getting graby on Jo while she has had a couple to many martini's. On vacation you shouldnt have to have the pack mentality. Two tours and its not easy shutting down your instincts. But that switch is all ways ready.
