I finally broke my plateau! I put on 4lbs when I was sick a few weeks back and had a hard time shaking it. But after a week or my Visalus shakes, and working out as always, I finally dropped those 4 and 2.2 more! Down 17lbs so far. Got a new workout the personal trainer last night. It's pretty brutal! Worked out for an hour and 40 this morning. With only 35 days to go it's crunch time so I really need to up my workout time again. Sent from my DROIDX using Tapatalk 2
Did an extra hour of cardio yesterday afternoon but haven't worked out yet today. I weighed in though and I'm down another pound!!! :mnm:
Well been working out everyday. I know I haven't posted here in a little while. Just lack of time. I gotten in at least 35 minutes on the elliptical everyday. It's crunch time, I have to work harder, lift more and concetrate on the problem areas. I am hoping that my scale is nice to me tommorow. I tried on some bikinis and well it's better but I definitely want more.

An hour of weights, lunges, abs, and kettle bell crossovers,kettle bell v sits, deadlifts, and arms. Feeling better now and stuck to the diet so far today. I also worked today so ran my ass off collecting blood today.
Ran the 5k today in 37:56 and beat my avg min/mile time from my previous run by 10 seconds... I have to say it was such an amazing feeling running the last stretch with all the people cheering, then hearing them announce my name as I crossed the finish line.... There were definitely a lot of happy tears. And so very proud of hubby for completing it too. Especially with all the issues he's been having with his feet!!! He's amazing! As the wife said... Completed my first 5k yesterday... 44:40... Not a great time, but I did it... Calling my podiatrist today I think to revisit some treatments....
