    I agree, if you are prone to burning, pre-tanning is probably necessary. If I put a 40 SPF sunblock on 3x a day, I tan and don't burn, but I have olive skin. Those of you who are fairer have to be more careful. :)

    As you know I have fairer skin, but Karen if you put 40 SPF on "ME" 3x a day (or night) it could help:)
