I was thinking of suggesting that, Nathan. Just buy a length of plaid fabric, and buy a kilt pin to hold it together. If you want to hem it so it won't fray (which invites cougars to play with the loose threads and chase you around Paty-O's unravelling you til you're nekkid ), just buy some fabric glue, fold up the edge, and glue it.
