We have booked for Labor Day week through BookIt. All portions of the trip have been confirmed and charged to our card. My question is, should I call the resort and verify the Hotel Confirmation Number we received via the email? Is this a requirement? Thanks!
they probably don't have it on file yet. travel sites tend to send the data over a week or two in advance. No need to get worried though. :typing:
In the email we received it states they had received the confirmation number from the hotel. I was just wondering if others call and verify the number. Thanks for the reply!
No problem, if it were a smaller site or newer site I'd maybe check into it but I don't think you have to worry. Just make sure you print off the stuff you have and take it with you just in case.
We've booked thru Bookit before and didn't call and there were no issues... I wouldn't worry about it.
Hotel confirmation #'s are worthless It just means a reservation has been made. It does not mean the room has been paid Book it is a good company you should have no issues Not like Fun in the Sun Vacations.
Kinda the same not the same question. If you read the express check in it ask for a confirmation number, do you have to call the hotel direct to get this number or will it be the confirmation through your booking company?
