    1.8 miles walking outside... I'm going backwards in progress... :( My foot pain isn't my big problem, my leg pain is now... This is so depressing.

    dont get discouraged, i think its great what you guys have accomplished thus far, Ron and Dani also, you guys and this forum are the motivation that keeps my wife and i going. if not for you guys our tread mill would still be just another expensive clothes hanger.

    Does it hurt on the efx? Dani needs a knee replacement and she can do the efx mostly pain free.

    40 minutes of strength/cardio mix & 40 mins of yoga this morning. Debating going to the gym after work tonight but I rarely make it there on my late work night.

    Got in 35 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes of abs. Feeling better now.

    ok damn it!! that pink outfit is stuck in my head!!!!!!!!!!!!! gives me a goal!! wont never look like that, but, maybe could kinda pull it off! so now really gonna kick fat butt!! i wish also that i had seen stuff like that when i was younger!! but there is no time like the present right!!

    2 mile walk at lunch up some steep hills... Then went and spent A LOT of money on new shoes custom fit at a running store... Then did .6 walking on the treadmill with less pain... Then did 1 set of our trainer workout.

    I'm up 2lbs.. :(

    oh ya, i was able to do the mean mach. 1 and a half times. the one like a ab mach. thing using body wieght!!! will keep working on it so i can do it like phillip and work the sides that way too.
