    I've gotten in 4 workouts this week- Mon/Weds/Thurs/today. Kev and I are heading to Savannah, GA for the weekend so I wanted to make sure I got some good sweating in!

    I had a certain # goal in mind back at New Year's for what I wanted to weigh when we went to Savannah- and I made it by .2! Whoohoo!

    Now after this weekend I want to lose 5 more lbs before a trip we are taking to the mountains with friends in a month. 20 of us go every year and we hang out in a hot tub and drink a lot! Kind of like TTR but with tops on. I think for me it's a little aggressive to try and lose 5 lbs in a month but I am going to try so hard!

    Over the holidays we had a Fitness Blitz. I'm the so-called old guy in our unit.
    Guess what? Old guy won.

    Your doing awesome ..7 lbs is huge and @ 10 lbs they say its one size down for clothes.. :aktion033::aktion033::aktion033:

    I told Dani the best thing she can do to support me when I am on the tread mill is to either bend over right in front of me ... or sit in a chair legs spread open... its the human version of the carrot on a stick..


    LOL i kid ... I set a tv up for us as well

    ok Partydollgirl...I'm in!
    I spent 2 days in the hospital in December...chest pain. They said, I had to change my diet...I was up to 154lbs...Yikes!!!
    I started cutting all my junk food...which was lots of snacks everyday, working in a grocery store doesn't help!
    I have lost about 16lbs since then...down 2 pants sizes and feeling better!!
    I still hate my stomach...wish I could move it to my A$$...haha which is so flat!!
    So Keep up your Good work...hoping to get to my goal too!!

    luv luv luv this thread - count me in as well. I have been working on living a healthier lifestyle for approximately a year and have managed to get off 25 pounds - so easy to put it on, but so difficult to get it off :banghead:.

    At this stage I am a work in progress and loving the new me every day. I attempt to workout 5 hours per week with 30 min on the elliptical and Jillian's "ripped in 30" and we eat very healthy with cutting out majority sugars (minus my morning Tims DD - eh!) I am still extremely self-conscious of my weight, but I am learning to luv where I am at - some days are better then others - at least I am working towards a better - HOTTER me - LOL!!

    Cannot wait to hit TTR!! :aktion033:
