M&D said they would never use them again. as for us we only use apple for the piece of mind of it all, yes we pay more but less stress.

Same hear, when I am booking a specific resort for a specific time its best not to screw around. It is best to use a company from your country of origin, if any thing goes wrong a lot easier to collect. In Canada we have TICO which gives the consumer some protection. A lot of theses sellers have clauses that they can send you to an alternate resort of the same class if they wish. Not saying this is one of them but there are a lot of complaints when you google them. Or they will give you a refund, but by then the resort is sold out or prices are higher. Bottom line if all your saving is a couple hundred dollars on the package, best to book with a local company.
