Exercising Together !!!

    Went to the gym last night, did a 10 min cardio warmup, then did my personal trainer workout consisting of

    Jumping Jacks 3 sets of 20
    Weight bar lunges 1 set of 40lb (I hate lunges)
    weighted crunches 3 sets of 20 with 12 lb ball
    bosu ball hops 3 sets of 30 seconds each
    planks... 3 times for 1:05 each.
    Sumo Kettlebell Toss 3 sets of 15 with 15 lb kettlebell
    Tricep Bench Dips 3 sets of 15
    Weight bar squats 3 sets of 12 with 50lb bar
    Weight bar bicep curls 3 sets of 12 with 50lb bar
    Tricep pull downs 3 sets of 12 with 37lbs

    And followed it up with 55 mins on treadmill, covering 5.5km with my sprints at 7mph and my walking about 3mph.. Mind wanted to keep going, but I forced myself to stop to not overdo it on my feet as they were starting to bother me.

    OMFG my whole body is sore today.

    Decided to take the day off from working out, but still weighed myself... Down another 1.5 for a total of 15 lbs! So we will be having a cheat night tonight. Lol

    Wow girls your doing great. I wish I could say 15 lbs. Down 6 lbs officially but that's it so far. I am so hoping for more by friday. Well with that said I am off to work out. Great work everyone.

    Well feeling better now. I got in an hour of p90x legs and back and 30 minutes of p90x yoga. I really need more flexibility so I sure need to spend more time on the yoga. Anyways it was a great work out.

    gym last night, pretty good. dont feel much in the arms, maybe not enough wieght? well see by later today. snow to remove, yuk!!!! tonight legs and butt!! i like those ab mach. they have one twisty thing for sides, pretty cool. there is one that works on your own body wieght, well lets just say i cant lift that yet, so i have a real goal. before i arrive sometime in april, i will be doing that one!!! got in a 4 min. tan. dont want alot just enough so i dont burn!! sounds like everyone is doing great. hope to post real results in the near future!!

    I want to cry today.. went to the gym.. 1.5k on treadmill and I had to stop because of foot pain.. then did 5k on the elliptical with some pain... then this afternoon did 1.2 miles outside in like 22 mins.. couldn't jog for more than 20 seconds without foot pain.. I don't know why the pain is coming back bit its so depressing..

    I tend to be a bit blunt at time so my apologies up front.. lol ..I don't get why if you have foot pain you are trying to run, why not stay on the one that does not cause pain.. that way you still get your workout in and don't injure yourself and possible have to stop walking altogether. i think that you should give your foot more time to get better and stop pushing if its causing pain.. its trying to tell you something.. :ladiesman1:

    I know.. that's why I did the elliptical because it doesn't hurt really.. I've been so psyched because I've been two weeks totally pain free then all of a sudden today its back.. and its making me sad and angry..
