Well I had intention to work out today, put on the clothes and then got on here. Haven't worked out yet, still pretty sick even though I went to work. My sinuses are killing me, so I think it's a well deserved day off for me today.
Snuck out of work early to go to the gym.. decided to try the treadmill again... foot pain started about .6 miles in, but I decided to push a little bit.. Finished a 5k!! Took 55 mins but I did it! well the warm up was too long, i was doing cadio first, then wieghts. and he set up a kinda group thing, back bies, tri ect. but do abs everyday. will do that for a couple of weeks see how it does. after wieghts are done, then cardio for 30 min. giving it hell.
I think the new and improved meal plan that we've been doing has helped a LOT!!! I haven't worked out in the past couple days. (Too comfy to get out of bed early enough. Damn snuggles. lol) And I'm still down another 1.5lbs! I definitely wasn't expecting that! Hey guys! sorry I have been MIA. I had another college class start so I've been smothered in work, not to mention being a mommy to a teething infant! lol. Less than 50 days to go. I was soooo proud of myself. The other day I did an hour on the elliptical. It was just under 1000 calories. Even better? I broke my own personal record/mile not once... but TWICE! Usually I can never do a mile under 12:30 just because I'm so tired after Zumba..... but I was talking to a girlfriend and wasn't paying attention to the pain. The first one I beat with 12 minutes flat. I was sooooooo happy!!! THEN the next mile I did it 10:42. It might sound like a long time but it is a hugeeeee improvement for me and really speaks volumes about my dedication and resulting growth! I haven't really looked at the scale much. It probably still says the same stupid number. I did pick up some spelt flour and K'ia/Q'ia Chia stuff today. I also grabbed a crap load of other healthier items. I don't believe in dieting but I'm all about feeling good and eating "medicine" to give me the maximum energy to shake my booty during zumba! I hope that everyone is doing fabulousssss!!!
Coach was happy today, I'm holding 222 big and full still, fat is coming off without muscle loss. Should be 220 for monday, and 216 after I leave Temptations After contest will hold 200 ish and see if the skin goes away.
K girls no more sick days for me. I am back to work on this and still stuck at the same weight. Oh well at least I didin't gain eating all the carbs I was craving the last few sick days. Sinuses are still killing me but got to get my goals in as I want to be a happy girl in April. 45 on the elliptical today. Weights tomorrow.
