Still managed to get weights in today. No aerobic cause I don't need this cold in my lungs. Feeling pretty crappy right now but that is the cold talking.
ok, went to the gym last night. talked to a personal trainer. ha ha well been doing everything backwards!! only thing we had down really well was food. now it really all makes perfect sence. going to have to do it right, then see the outcome we have been waiting for!! got the food list in order but not alot of change there. so heres to doing it right and hope to see better results soon!!!
Didn't lose anything yesterday, but didn't gain either, so i'll take it. Not to mention the amount of water i've been taking in lately is probably at least a few pounds... My stomach has been feeling heavy (large) the past few days... hopefully that feeling goes away soon...

I should show you our closet. The shelves collapsed last year after a certain somebody fell out of the attic... So I rebuilt it all and almost doubled the space. Within 2 days you couldn't tell I had added so much more room. :bash:
ah closet space!!! i need more room!! i need to get the same motivation level that everyone else has got. maybe now that we know what we are doing wrong, we will finally see results better. keep strong everyone its the weekend!! i know i tend to throw caution to the wind at times!!
Well it definitely doesn't look it. All I did was hang up the clothes that I almost killed myself for. lol
Hope everyone had a wonderful Valentines day... I misbehaved and this morning told myself not to get upset if the scale proved how bad I was...much to my surprise I've lost 1.5. So total now is 8lbs..however I'm not going to mention what I gained over the holidays... LOL.
8 lbs is great!! hollidays are over! they dont count!!! what counts is now!!! if we dwell on past crap, it cloggs our future! so, know your doing what you can, and know you have a vac. planned soon that you enjoy immensly!!!!
