Advice for ladies (and maybe some guys) about TTR Apeshitness

Apeshitness?

They say the fantasy is generally better than the reality...
So, Jim is allowed to get the Apeshitness outta' the system here on CCC before the trip so that when reality lands in Cancun, Carrie see's him walking fully upright/erect, no knuckles scraping on the ground & no hints or tendencies of Monkey-ing around !
Seriously... it's "our" vacation, not just His or Hers & now on our 3rd time @ TTR, truth is, the Memories are far more important than the mammary's...

Thank you for a very timely post (we leave for TTR Monday), I hadn't thought about the possibility of spousal friction related to my apeshitedness (great word BTW), I'm going to be on guard against the possibility now.

If anyone sees me behaving in this manner you have my permission to throw me in the pool, snap me with your wet towel, or otherwise bring it to my attention!

Jess nailed it pretty well. Like she said though, it was trip 2 where I really went off the rails for a couple days. First trip I was just apprehensive enough to keep me in line. Then after all the crazy shit we got into on the first trip I probably let the imagination run a little crazy prepping for trip 2 without - and here's the real key - without always talking to Jess about it. So I had ideas about what we might get into that she wasn't privy to. Plus trip 2 comes with all the excitement of the virgin trip but none of the nerves - it's kinda like taking off the seat belt.

And just to clarify one more thing - I think apeshitness refers mainly to us getting out of sync, not, as everybody who knows us can attest, to Jess not wanting me to get crazy. She's definitely down with crazy!

yep ive seen the symptoms!! phil walks in wearing that silly grin, and i know hes been bitten!!! but its pretty cute too!! its all in fun no harm in it. and when it hits me my feet hurt the next day from dancing like a loon all night!!

 

Linda refers to it as "testosterone poisoning."

 

Coming from the UK where boobs on view in all the European resorts is the norm (and other dangly bits too!) we don't seem to get as excited by topless ladies as our American cousins do! We can therefore just lay back and appreciate them without worrying about trouser action lol........ Now the sexy dresses in PatyOs however... now THAT is a different story haha!

This is more what I was thinking, the level of crazy that your spouse or significant or travel companion just cant save you from, all they can do is hold your hair over the bowl.
OR
They just give up on you, and let you sleep it off, the conversation the next day is not usually the best breakfast conversation.
