Dani complains that I drop weight faster than her, I think guys for the most part drop it a little faster. 9 lbs is great! Keep at it you will get to your goal!
Don't pay attention to BMI. Its WAY too generic... Only the body fat percentage matters... On another note... Went to the gym last night after doubling my protein as advised, and dropped 3 lbs. I'm under 250lbs for the first time in I don't remember how long (I'd say 3-4 years minimum)... Hoping today when I go I'll see more progress, that way I know its not just a fluke.
sorry m strange how eating good exercising trying to be healthy, and wham a stupid cold!! so not fair. but i guess its what it is!
I finally jumped back on the scale after taking a hiatus after showing a crazy water gain- I'm down .8, bringing my total so far to 16.0 I worked out hard Monday night and last night. Hoping to get one in tonight too. I fly to Boston in the morning for the weekend, I will be attending the Boston Wine expo as a trade member and I need to try and stay on track! Wine and food everywhere !!
Sounds great!!! I love our gym but I miss the tanning. Thanks Ron! Yeah, unfortunately that's usually the way it seems to go. We went to the gym for our workout last night and ended up staying for a nutrition seminar. It was basically most of the things we've heard from them before, but they spelled them out more so they made sense. And it made me see that I need to take the time to do things the right way. I miss meals all the time because I'm too busy working but now I'm going to make sure I have a set time for lunch every day, and ordered the ViSalus shakes so I can mix them up for my in between meals. It's gonna suck for a while getting used to a whole new way of eating, but I want to do this the right way this time. I don't want to keep doing the yo-yo dance that I've been doing basically all my life. I just want to be healthy and not have to keep 3 different sets of wardrobes for when my weight changes. I'm determined to make this shit stick. Took a much needed morning off from working out. But I still weighed myself and I'm down another pound! Down a total of 10 now!!! :icon_mrgreen:
